We offer two shipping options:

Standard Shipping – £12.95: Premium courier service with DHL or FedEx, arriving within 10-15 days after dispatch.

Free Shipping: For orders over £50, complimentary shipping via EMS, arriving within 15-25 days after dispatch.

We proudly serve customers worldwide, with the exception of some Asian and remote regions. Every package receives careful attention regardless of destination, ensuring your bedding arrives in perfect condition.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information via email to follow your bedding’s journey to your doorstep. This allows you to know exactly when to expect your delivery.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your bedding, you may return items within 15 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.

Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with return instructions and address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Each product comes with specific care instructions. Generally, we recommend washing in cool water with similar colours, using mild detergent, and tumble drying on low heat or line drying. Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals to maintain the quality and longevity of your bedding.
